The Veterans Upward Bound (VUB) program is a college preparatory program funded by the U.S. Department of Education. It is designed to serve low-income and first-generation college bound veterans by helping them to "knock the rust off of their academic skills" prior to enrolling in the postsecondary school of the veteran's choice.
